sea SCALLOPS.

my sister and i went all out this week and made the total beach meal--local fish, scallops, corn on the cob, sweet potato fries--yum.  the scallops were buttery, lemony deliciousness...the recipe is listed below.  



1. turn burner on medium-medium high.
2. add a tablespoon or so of olive oil and the same of better.
3. pat scallops dry, season with salt, pepper.
3. when pan is hot, add scallops.
4. cook first side for about a minute and a half or 2 minutes. 
5. flip scallop, add diced garlic, cook for a minute and a half.
6. spritz with half a lemon and a few parsley flakes, serve!
