1. Slice the tomatoes. Then set up breading station: Crack one egg and put it in a dish with a little water; put a couple handfuls of flour onto another dish; and finally, put some panko or breadcrumbs into the third dish.
2. Pat the tomoates in the flour, then cover them in the egg, and finally press them into the breadcrumbs.
3. Heat some oil in a pan on medium, meduim-high heat. When its pretty hot add the breaded tomatoes. Flip when they are golden brown and let brown on the second side.
4. While the tomatoes are cooking (keep a close eye on them), put two tablespoons of sour cream in a bowl. Add 1/3 to 1/2 of the juice from a lemon. Add salt pepper. And if you have it, add 2 stalks of green onion.
5. By now the tomatoes should be done, remove them to a paper towel. Wipe out the pan, keep it on medium heat, and crack an egg into it. Cook the egg over-easy.
6. Place tomoates on plate, add the green onion mixture and place the fried egg on top!!!
7. Eat it. Its sooooo good.
