OverNight Oats..."Summer Porridge"

new obsession!!!
i saw overnight oats, i prefer to call it "Summer Porridge" (in an english accent), on pinterest, and finally made it last week.  and guess what, its so good!  i was weirded out by the texture at first and that its cold.  which i guess i knew but was still surprised by--its weird to have cold oatmeal.  plus its not that sweet, which i also just assumed it would be.  BUT once you get over ALL that--you realize its a great breakfast, very healthy, and actually delicious.  it's just a mixture of oats, greek yogurt and milk, with whatever add-ins you like or have on hand.  very simple and easy to make, plus saves you time in the morning.  loves it.
recipe after the jump:

Recipe:
1/3 cup 'old fasioned' rolled oats (do not use instant)
1/3 greek yogurt
1/3 cup almond milk (or skim or soy)
tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 banana
1/2 peach
a few raspberries

*teaspoon vanilla
dash cinnamon
1/2-1 tablespoon honey

(i make double batches, so if you want to as well, just double everything in the recipe)

mix together oats and chia seeds.

mix in yogurt and milk.

then add the extras: use more honey if you want it sweeter.

dice fruit.  here, i used banana, peaches, and raspberries. but you can use whatever!

mix in fruit.

divide into containers!
(important that you make this the night before. stored in the fridge, these are good for 2-3 days!)

Other good recipe ideas I've seen:
Banana and peanut butter
Mocha Banana
Depending on what fruits you use, these range from 200-275 cals, about 12g of protein, about 4g fat, about 8g fiber and about 50g carbs)
