Turkey Meatballs!

my mom refuses to eat ground turkey because she had a bad experience with turkey meatloaf one time...which i can totally understand. even i was a little hesitant to try ground turkey...it just looks gross when its not cooked.  but i got over it.  i think the key to making turkey burgers or meatballs, or meatloaf for that matter, is the seasoning.  its so mild by itself that you can literally add anything....

Spaghetti Squash

i was moseying around the grocery store the other night when i spotted a spaghetti squash! id been wanting to try one forever, but couldnt ever find one.  i browsed through some recipes online and decided to combine a few to see what would work.  its actually so fun when you go to scoop out the "noodles": i was shocked at how noodle-like they are.

and it was very easy to make!....
